仕事上の注意事項

次の内容は要注意!
仕事をせずに自己主張ばかりする人がいる
全体的に言い訳が多い
目的とゴールを考えない
報告することが目的ではなく相手が理解することが目的です
納期を考えない仕事の仕方をしている
働くとは、8時間の時間を過ごすことではない
すべてどんな仕事をしているかを既にカウントしている
私は単純に成果が出る人は評価する
そうではい人は一緒に仕事はしません。
会社のためにならない人はいつでもやめてもらいます
お客さんを考えない人は必要ありません
私と東京事務所の人もお客さんです

  1 30分前の遅刻
  2 関係ない仕事をやっている
  3 15分前の遅刻
  4 仕事の指示を確認しない
  5 社長や藤原の時間をロスする人
  6 明らかにビジネスマナーを違反
  7 明らかに会社に損害を与える
  8 業務時間をすぎる遅刻
  9 事前報告なしの遅刻、2週間未満の休暇申請
10 無断欠勤
※6ヵ月間に5以上を3回以上の場合は退職の対象とする
※ペナルティの金額はボーナス及び次回の給与交渉時に金額に相当するものとして反映する
Penalty Fee
  1 Late for office before 30 minutes (Come to office between 8:30-8:45)
  2 Not concentrating on his/her own business
  3 Late for office before 15 minutes (Come to office between 8:45-9:00)
  4 Do not check or understand the work instructions
  5 People who takes time from president or manager (Shacho/Fujiwara)
  6 Not behaving him/herself with proper business manner
  7 Harming or giving bad influence to the company in anyway
  8 Come to office after office working hour started (Come to office after 9:00)
  9 Late for office without prior report, applying for a holiday less than 2 weeks beforehand
10 Not attending to office with out announcement
※ If you get penalty over level 5, three times in 6 months, this person may get the warning to leave the company
※ The amount of the penalty will be reflected in bonus and salary negotiation
