| Transportation |
Actual expenses are claimed. (Taxi expenses are claimed at early mornings
and late nights) |
| Meals |
Normally not claimed. However, actual expenses
are claimed when the Interpreter companies the client. (If the Interpreter pays) |
| Extra charges |
25% increase from the usual price per hour
will be charged for every hour that goes over 8 hours.
25% increase from the usual price per hour will be charged
when the work hours are from 11PM to 6AM. (It will be
a 50% increase per hour when the work hours are more
then 8 and the working hours are midnight) |
| Outside Japan |
30% increase from the usual price will be
charged on Interpretation outside Japan . |
| Accommodation |
When the accommodation is needed from the
hours of the work, the actual expenses will be claimed. |
| Plural Interpretation |
50% increase from the usual price will be
charged on Interpretations of more then two languages. |
| Cancellation fee |
Cancellation fee will be charged of what has been requested if cancelled.
(On the day 100%, 1 to 2 days before 50%, 3 to 7 days
before 30%) |
